Capabilities
Our comprehensive line of 3-11 axis CNC machinery has the ability to handle various material types as well as a broad range of part sizes. We focus on lean manufacturing methods, make use of live tooling, and have extensive experience with tight tolerance stack ups in complex assemblies, this allows us to minimize wasted time and material during frequent machine changeovers.
Quality
Our quality systems are ISO 13485 compliant and our site is FDA Registered. We also are compliant with ISO 9001. We are ITAR Registered, and hold several Federal Licenses including FFL Class 10 and FEL. We have the engineering and ability to provide statistical data at the machine as well as IQ, OQ, PQ studies for your validation needs.
